Job Title: Accounts Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the entire accounts department for the company/site.
• Handle GST filing, compliance, and related statutory requirements.
• Manage Bank Guarantees, including preparation, submission, renewals, and follow-ups.
• Ensure accurate and timely TDS deduction & filing, with specific expertise in Section 194C (payments to contractors).
• Review and process RA Bills, ensuring correct deductions and compliance with contractual terms.
• Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, and banks as required.
• Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and present periodic MIS reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with all tax and statutory obligations relevant to the construction industry.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / ICWA or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in accounting, preferably in the construction or infrastructure industry.
• Sound knowledge of GST, TDS (including 194C), RA Bills, Bank Guarantees, and general accounting practices.
• Hands-on experience with relevant accounting software (Tally/ERP).
• Strong leadership skills to manage a team.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Availability: Should be able to join immediately or within a short notice period.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
