Job Description

Financial Planning and Strategy:Developing and implementing financial strategies to drive growth, profitability, and long-term sustainability.
Budgeting and Forecasting:Overseeing the budgeting process, creating financial forecasts, and managing financial plans.
Financial Reporting and Analysis:Managing the financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
Risk Management:Identifying and mitigating financial risks, ensuring the organization's financial stability.
Compliance:Ensuring compliance with all financial laws and regulations, including tax planning, compliance, and audits.
Team Leadership:Leading and mentoring the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Stakeholder Management:Building and maintaining relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and other key stakeholders.
Strategic Decision-Making:Collaborating with executive management to provide financial insights and guidance for strategic decisions.
