Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Collection & Management

Collect, consolidate, and verify data from various departments to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Organize raw data into standardized, easily understandable formats for reporting and analysis.

2. Data Analysis & Reporting

Analyze data in alignment with business objectives and specific management briefs.
Interpret trends, variances, and key insights to support decision-making.
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports for senior management in a concise, actionable format.

3. MIS Reporting

Develop and maintain MIS dashboards and performance tracking tools.
Generate accurate and timely reports related to finance, operations, and other business functions.

4. Accounts Support

Assist in day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, ledger management, bank reconciliations, and invoice processing.
Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with internal controls and statutory requirements.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in MS Excel
(including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts, Macros, etc.)
Must
Working knowledge of
Advanced Excel
functions and formulas.
Hands-on experience with
Tally ERP
for accounting.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
23 years of relevant experience in Accounts and MIS functions.
