Job Description

Record all entries for bank, cash, and expenses. Prepare and file GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, TDS returns, and reconcile GSTR-2B with books. Perform creditors' debtors reconciliation quarterly or as needed. Handle accounts receivable and payable, including vendor payments. Book purchase invoices with proper documentation of receipts, debit and credit notes. Conduct daily bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records. Prepare and maintain sales invoices and ensure timely sharing with customers. Track and manage stock-in-hand, update inventory records regularly. Coordinate with operations team and issue purchase orders to vendors based on internal requests. Maintain records of staff attendance, overtime, and salary calculations. Support with basic HR documentation and payroll coordination. Manage daily banking and cash transactions.
