Job Title: Accounting Associate Location: Gurugram, Haryana Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Associate to join our growing team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial activities, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and delivering insightful financial reports to support strategic decision-making. Proficiency in Zoho Books and Tally ERP is essential. Key Responsibilities: Financial Transactions: Accurately record, classify, and reconcile all financial transactions in a timely manner. Zoho Books Expertise: Utilize Zoho Books for end-to-end accounting functions, including invoicing, expense tracking, and reporting. Bookkeeping: Maintain up-to-date and accurate books of accounts. GST & TDS Compliance: Prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST and TDS returns, ensuring timely compliance with Indian tax laws. Financial Reporting: Generate and analyze financial reports to provide actionable insights for management and business development. Requirements: Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and statutory filings. Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Zoho Books and Tally ERP is a must. Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations
