We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage daily accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Tally Prime and capable of handling manual bookkeeping and voucher preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and record sales, purchase, and general vouchers manually
Enter all accounting transactions into Tally Prime
Maintain and reconcile ledgers and bank statements.
Prepare GST reports and TDS entries.
Maintain accurate documentation and support audit processes
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors regarding billing and payments
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Requirements:

Proven experience as an accountant (1–3 years preferred)
Strong knowledge of Tally Prime software
Understanding of GST, TDS, and other applicable tax laws
Basic knowledge of Excel and documentation
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
Language proficiency in English and/or Hindi

Preferred:

Experience working in a manufacturing or trading company
Familiarity with inventory accounting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
