Job Description

Parthu ID Solutions Pvt Ltd, a leader in the PVC card production industry, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s financial records, overseeing GST and tax filings with the assistance of our CA, and maintaining cashbooks. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including cashbooks and ledgers. Handle day-to-day accounting operations such as bookkeeping, invoicing, and bank reconciliation. Coordinate with our Chartered Accountant to ensure timely and accurate GST filings and tax filings. Track and manage company expenses and prepare financial reports for management review. Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts as required. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain audit-ready records. Process payments, manage petty cash, and handle any related administrative accounting tasks. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of [insert experience, e.g., 1-3 years] experience in a similar role. Solid understanding of GST regulations and tax filing processes. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar). Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
