Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ambattur for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with kitchen partners, overseeing order management, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing operational support. Daily tasks include coordinating with kitchen partners, addressing customer inquiries, managing accounts, and implementing strategies to enhance partner and customer experiences. The role also involves maintaining accurate records and reports, handling complaints, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Experience in operational support and coordination
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Ambattur
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Previous experience in the food industry or account management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
