Payment Record Check for all invoices & Tally with Invoice acceptance after Invoice process.
o Party Wise Ledger Maintaining.
o File Record maintaining of all vendor & Payment ledger of Vendor.
o TDS Record Maintaining, Creation of Challan and Payment.
o GST Record Verification on 2A received from GST Paid to all Vendor and Taking Benefit to same on 3B & 1R Filing.
o Verification of Staff wise salary record and post collection of Payment sheet from HR Team and process of Payment.
o Bank entries with CMS Journal entries.
o Document File Maintaining and providing for Legal or Loaning Purposes.
o Bank Visits if required
o Collection or providing of right and accurate data on time to management for loss recovery.
o Record Submission to Management in proper order with PNL monthly
o Tally Audit Quarterly from CA
o Suspense clearance every month.
o ROI Maintain Branch vise.
