Account Executive

We are an Architectural Firm looking for an experienced Accountant Full Time with a minimum experience of 5 years to monitor all financial data and prepare accurate statements for our firm.
Accountant responsibilities include managing tax payments and performing internal audits , conducting cost and revenues analyses. To be qualified for this role, you should have a degree in Accounting and relevant work experience.Ultimately, you will ensure all our accounting transactions comply with the law and support our company’s investments.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Handling all Tax Matter till finalization.
• Handling all GST related and TDS related matters, Payment of Profession Tax , checking of 26AS etc
• Preparation of regular Trial Balance, P & L A/c, Balance Sheet. Quarterly advance tax calculation and payment etc.
• Working in Tally along with full experience & back up of tally.
• Handling Auditor at the time of Audit & filling return to solve their query with explanation. Proper and timely Co-ordination with CA.
• Preparation of invoices
• Any other matters related to accounting.
• Preparing cost centre for projects undertaken by firm
• Preparing cash flow statements
• Day to day accounting work i.e. vouching, TDS filing etc.
• Statutory: like PT, PF, ESI.
• Maintenance of books of accounts in Tally.
• Maintaining and Reconciliation of day book, employees, vendors account ledgers.
• Assist in Accounts Receivables Statements & Reports.
• Ascertaining timely filing of Tax returns/Tax Audits, TDS returns and strict adherence to compliance.
• Assist in preparation of the tax returns, audit process.
• Assist in Accounting Management of day to day.
• Accounting work & statutory books of accounts as well as financial statements including Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Cash Flow Statement.
• Handling INVOICING and tracking the details and reports further.
