Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Counselor (Inside Sales) located in Bhopal. The Academic Counselor will be responsible for guiding students through course offerings, assisting with academic planning, providing career counseling, advising on educational opportunities, and communicating with students and parents. The role entails understanding student needs, offering personalized advice, and supporting students in their academic and career pursuits.

• Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Enroll students in courses offered by Aashayein judiciary
• Academic Advising and Education experience
• Excellent interpersonal and empathetic abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
