Job Title: Academic Counselor EdTech Sales | Student Counseling & Admissions Location: Andheri East, MIDC, SEEPZ, Mumbai Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in EdTech Sales / Academic Counseling / Admissions Working Days: Monday to Saturday Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM Gender Preference: Only Unmarried Female candidates can apply Job Description We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Academic Counselor to join our admissions and student advisory team. The ideal candidate will have experience in EdTech sales, student counseling, or academic advising, and will play a key role in driving student enrollments and providing career guidance in the field of analytics and data science. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy guiding students, managing the admissions process, and contributing to their academic and career development. Key Responsibilities Student Counseling: Offer personalized academic guidance on courses, curriculum, prerequisites, and career outcomes Admissions Support: Assist students through the end-to-end admissions process including application, documentation, and interviews Lead Management: Follow up on inquiries and leads, convert them into successful enrollments through effective counseling techniques Webinars & Counseling Sessions: Conduct online and in-person sessions to promote course features and benefits Record Keeping: Maintain and update student data, counseling notes, and follow-up records using CRM systems Career Guidance: Advise students on relevant job roles, certifications, and upskilling opportunities in the analytics industry Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and admissions teams to meet student intake targets Market Awareness: Stay informed about current trends in education and analytics to provide insightful advice Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with students, parents, and educational stakeholders to support retention and referrals Desired Candidate Profile Experience: Minimum 1 year in EdTech sales, student counseling, or admissions Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Sales & Counseling Skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and lead conversion skills Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using MS Office and CRM tools for data tracking and student management Personality: Positive, driven, target-oriented, and student-focused Benefits of This Role Be part of a fast-paced, impactful education environment Guide students toward rewarding careers in analytics and data science Opportunity for personal and professional growth in a high-demand industry
