Role & responsibilities Identify and approach potential customers including architects, builders, contractors, and retailers. Promote the companys range of tiles and suggest suitable products as per customer needs and preferences. Achieve sales targets by building strong customer relationships and driving conversions. Conduct product presentations and site visits to demonstrate tile features and benefits. Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and after-sales service. Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor products, pricing, and promotions. Maintain accurate records of inquiries, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM system. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Marketing or Business). Proven sales experience, preferably in the tile, sanitaryware, or building materials sector. Good communication and negotiation skills. Ability to travel within assigned territory. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
