The Academic Counselor is responsible for providing personalized guidance to students regarding their academic planning, course selection, and career aspirations. This role involves collaborating with faculty, staff, and students to foster an environment that promotes academic excellence and personal growth. Qualifications Education : Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred. Experience : Prior experience in academic advising, counseling, or a related educational role is advantageous. Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations.
