3PL Invoice Reconciliation Specialist

As a 3PL Invoice Reconciliation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in validating and verifying invoices submitted by 3PL partners against contracts, shipment records, and SLAs. Your responsibilities will include reconciling delivery, weight, and service-type data with invoice entries, as well as resolving billing disputes and discrepancies with 3PL partners. Collaboration with internal teams to streamline reconciliation processes will be essential, along with maintaining detailed records and generating reports on recurring discrepancies. Additionally, you will be expected to identify areas for automation and efficiency in invoice reconciliation processes. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, along with 2+ years of experience in logistics and warehousing, invoice reconciliation, or supply chain finance roles. Proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and accounting software is required, while familiarity with ERP/WMS platforms like Unicommerce is considered a plus.
