Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in SketchUp: The candidate should be highly skilled in SketchUp, preferably with experience in using SketchUp Pro and other related plugins.
• 3D Modeling & Rendering: Experience in creating detailed 3D models, especially for architectural, interior design, and landscaping projects.
• Texturing & Materials Knowledge: The candidate should know how to apply realistic textures and materials to models.
• Rendering Software: Familiarity with rendering software like V-Ray, Enscape, or Lumion is a plus.
• Technical Drawing Skills: Understanding of CAD software (like AutoCAD or Revit) can be an additional advantage, especially for architectural work.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing the candidate’s previous 3D models, renders, and designs.

Additional Traits:

• Creativity: Since SketchUp Artists work on creative projects, a high level of creativity and design sensibility is essential.
• Attention to Detail: The ability to manage small details, such as textures, lighting, and proportions, is crucial.
• Time Management: Depending on the projects, the candidate may need to deliver quick turnarounds, so strong time management is important.
