3D Designers/Architect

You will be responsible for developing detailed 3D models of architectural projects using software like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3ds Max. Your role will involve producing high-quality renderings, animations, and virtual walkthroughs for presentations and client meetings. Collaborating with architects and designers to understand project requirements and ensuring visualizations accurately represent design intent will be a key aspect of your job. Additionally, you will assist in exploring design options and materials by creating various visual scenarios. Managing multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely delivery and adherence to project deadlines is crucial. It is essential to stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in 3D visualization and architectural design. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, or a related field. Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, and Blender is required. A strong understanding of materials, lighting, and camera settings to create realistic renderings is essential. Experience with post-production software like Adobe Photoshop and After Effects is preferred. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a keen eye for aesthetics are necessary qualities. You should be able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, showcasing effective time management and organizational skills. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in 3D visualization or a related field is required. A portfolio demonstrating your previous work in architectural visualizations, encompassing both exterior and interior renderings, is essential.
