3D Archviz Artist

BrainWing Innovations is hiring a 3D Visualization Artist to craft photorealistic renders and real-time walkthroughs for premium architectural and real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-end 3D visuals using 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Corona Renderer
• Develop immersive experiences in Unreal Engine
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and project leads
• Optimize scenes for speed, quality, and performance
• Stay up-to-date with AI tools and visualization trends

Must-Have Skills:
✔ Proficiency in 3ds Max
✔ Strong experience with V-Ray and/or Corona Renderer
✔ Working knowledge of Unreal Engine
✔ Strong attention to detail, lighting, and realism

Nice to Have:
– Photoshop, SketchUp, Revit, or Rhino– Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Stable Diffusion, Topaz)– Animation or scripting experience (MAXScript, Python)
