1)Sales & Distribution Management 2) Merchant acquisition in the circle 3) Apt knowledge of the geography to support deployment of resources for merchant business. 4) Merchant activation (Small Merchants & Large format retail) 5) Ensure Visibility in the market place for the brand 6) Supporting cross functional teams to ensure merchant business growth 7) Merchant Servicing & relationship Management 8) Planning & execution of strategies related to merchant for the circles to ensure deliverables related to merchant acquisition, Activation, unique customers & throughput are met as per the plan 9 ) Training, developing, mentoring team of team leads & Merchant executives 10) Coordination with key functions at circle to ensure all possible support for the business e.g marketing, MIS, cross functional sales teams etc
