Achieve zonal sales targets in terms of volume, value, and profitability.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and provide actionable insights.
Identify opportunities for growth and develop plans to capture market share.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs), Territory Sales Officers (TSOs), and Sales Executives.
Conduct regular training sessions, performance reviews, and coaching.
Foster a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability and results.
Manage and expand the distribution network (distributors, stockists, retailers).
Ensure efficient stock movement, order fulfillment, and trade engagement.
Resolve distributor issues related to supply chain, credit, and payments.
Track market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
Share feedback with marketing and product teams for strategy refinement.
Prepare zonal budgets, sales forecasts, and business plans.
Optimize resource allocation and ensure ROI on promotional spend.
Distribution & Channel Management
1) Strengthen and expand distribution networks (distributors, wholesalers, retailers).
2) Ensure availability and visibility of products across all channels (general trade, modern trade, etc.).
