Job Title: Creative Video Artist – YouTube Shorts & Insta Reels Specialist Location: Noida (Onsite/Hybrid/Remote options available) Job Type: Full-Time or Freelance (Flexible) Industry: Digital Media / Branding / Content Creation Experience: 1–4 years (Freshers with strong portfolio also welcome) About the Role: Are you addicted to short-form content? Do trending sounds, viral cuts, and fast-paced storytelling get your heart racing? We're looking for a Creative Artist who lives and breathes YouTube Shorts , Instagram Reels , and TikTok-style storytelling. You’ll be crafting thumb-stopping content for multiple brands, influencers, and product campaigns across EdTech, lifestyle, and digital services. If you know how to make 15 seconds unforgettable , we want you on board! What You’ll Be Doing: Edit short-form vertical videos using trending audio, fast cuts, captions, and effects Work on personal branding reels, storytelling shorts, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes edits Pitch creative ideas based on trends, hooks, and emotional engagement Add motion graphics, typography, and dynamic transitions that pop Stay updated on Reels, Shorts, and TikTok trends and adapt them for our brand clients Collaborate with scriptwriters, voiceover artists, and marketing heads for campaign planning What We’re Looking For: Strong grip on video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or mobile editing apps) Hands-on experience with reels, shorts, or TikTok-style formats A killer portfolio/showreel is a must (link in your resume or application) Ability to meet fast deadlines with creative flair A feel for music timing, viral formats, memes, pop culture, and branding aesthetics Bonus: Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or After Effects Perks You’ll Love: Work with a vibrant young team on global campaigns Creative freedom to experiment and trend-hack Flexible hours (we care more about output than clock time) Fast-growth potential – lead your own creative team in 6 months Payment on time, every time – whether freelance or full-time Mentoring from industry experts in digital marketing and branding Office Location: A-Block, Sector 63, Noida (Hybrid/Remote roles open for talented candidates) Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Night shift Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Overtime pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 01/07/2025
