Job Description

The Workfront Consultant role is a critical position focused on ensuring the success of Workfront customers through the efficient assessment, crafting, implementation, and configuration of work management solutions using the Workfront platform. As a hands-on technical practitioner with a results-oriented mindset, you will play a key role in deepening business process understanding and integration consultative focus to drive solution adoption, add business value, and optimize the implementation process for an enhanced client experience and satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include delivering reliable enterprise-grade integrations, leading technical discussions with customers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to craft and implement integrated solutions, and providing post-deployment technical support. You will need to assess integration needs, develop integration solutions, and identify critical Workfront configurations to support the integration approach. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree with several years of experience in software development, demonstrate expertise in client-facing integration or implementation work, possess strong communication and partner management skills, and be proficient in relevant technologies such as Workfront Fusion, Dell Boomi, Java, PHP, Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, relational databases/SQL, and data migration. Additionally, you should have deep technical, analytical, and troubleshooting skills, the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, experience with SaaS-based solutions, and a background in implementing solutions for enterprise systems of record.
