the Role & responsibilities Support core HR functions, including onboarding, documentation, compliance, employee engagement, and payroll coordination Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and other social platforms Conduct resume screening and initial candidate assessments Understand basic technical skills to screen IT resumes (e.g., Java, Python, SQL, etc.) Coordinate interviews and maintain recruitment trackers Draft and post job listings on multiple platforms Communicate professionally with candidates through calls, emails, and messages Preferred candidate profile Familiarity with basic HR processes and employee lifecycle activities Understanding of IT job roles (e.g., software developers, QA testers) and programming basics Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Google Meet, MS Teams, Google Calendar Proficiency in MS Office Suite Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook Ability to analyze recruitment data and metrics Exposure to AI-powered tools such as GPTs, Canva, Jasper, HireEZ, Otter.ai, or ChatGPT-integrated workflows
