Windows Server Administrator

As an Onsite Infrastructure Support Resource for the EWS Solution, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing server architecture, diagnosing hardware issues, and ensuring the integrity and security of backed-up data. Your expertise in firewalls, RAID configurations, disaster recovery planning, and change management processes will be crucial in this role. Additionally, your ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, along with your strong analytical skills to troubleshoot complex issues, will be highly valued. Your roles and responsibilities will include documenting and reporting daily activity statistics, diagnosing technical issues, maintaining software integrity and security through updates and patching, and ensuring the proper functioning of servers critical to the EWS solution. You will also be involved in hardware upgrades, attending to VAPT observations, monitoring performance, overseeing network configuration and management, and resolving network-related problems impacting the EWS application. Furthermore, you will be responsible for backups and restoration of databases and applications, following escalation procedures for complex issues, coordinating with senior engineers and vendors as needed, monitoring storage usage, troubleshooting database-related issues, and applying patches and updates to address vulnerabilities and bugs. Your continuous evaluation and improvement of processes related to the operation and support of the EWS solution will be essential in this role.
