Job Summary:

PowerWind is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Wind Turbine Component Assembly Technician to join our growing team at our facility in Bawal, Haryana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, and testing wind turbine components, ensuring high quality and safety standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble wind turbine components such as hubs, nacelles, blades, and internal systems as per technical drawings and SOPs
• Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery to perform precise mechanical assembly
• Follow safety protocols and quality standards throughout the assembly process
• Conduct basic quality checks and report defects or deviations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with the engineering and quality assurance teams for continuous improvement
• Ensure documentation of work performed is accurate and timely

Requirements:

• ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related technical field
• 1–3 years of experience in mechanical or electrical assembly preferred (freshers

with relevant qualifications can also apply)

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Familiarity with safety standards and procedures in an industrial environment
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Willingness to work in shifts and adhere to production timelines
