Design, configure, and customize new applications and modules within ServiceNow. Troubleshoot patch and release management issues. Ensure portals meet performance and reliability standards. Develop custom mobile applets, including features like barcode scanning and language translation. Act as a technical SME for the ServiceNow platform and mentor junior developers. Required Skills : 5+ years of experience in mobile development, with at least 3+ years in Flutter and Dart . Solid understanding of state management techniques (e.g., Provider, BLoC, Riverpod, GetX). Experience in building and publishing Flutter apps on Google Play and App Store . Familiarity with RESTful APIs , JSON serialization, GraphQL, and WebSockets. Experience with Flutter animations , custom widgets , and adaptive UI . Strong grasp of mobile architectures (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture). Experience with Git , Agile methodologies, and task management tools like Jira. Familiar with testing (unit, widget, integration) using Flutter test frameworks. Understanding of platform channeling to access native APIs when needed (Kotlin/Swift/Objective-C/Java).
