Welder

We are looking for a skilled and safety-conscious Welder to join our Production team at Suba Solutions. The candidate will be responsible for performing welding tasks using TIG, MIG, and ARC processes to support the fabrication and assembly of machinery used in the printing and packaging industry.

Responsibilities:

• Perform welding tasks (TIG/MIG/ARC) as per engineering drawings and instructions.
• Set up welding equipment and select appropriate welding methods.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and weld symbols.
• Ensure precision and quality in all welding operations.
• Inspect completed welds for accuracy, strength, and finish.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Follow safety protocols and wear proper PPE at all times.
• Support in fabrication and machine assembly when required.
• Collaborate with the production and quality teams for continuous improvements.

Skills & Requirements:

• asic knowledge of TIG, MIG, and ARC welding processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a machine manufacturing environment.
• Physically fit and able to work in a workshop setting.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• ITI or Diploma in Mechanical/Welding or related field.
• Fresher or 1 year of hands-on experience in industrial welding.
• Prior experience in machinery manufacturing is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
