Join the Application Hosting Squad as we lead the migration of legacy applications to a modern Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) model. We're looking for a Web Infrastructure Engineer with deep hands-on experience in WebSphere, system configuration, and production support to help build, optimize, and secure our next-generation hosting platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and maintain WebSphere environments across dev, test, and production.

Manage certificates, DNS, load balancers, and application infrastructure kits.

Support end-to-end deployment cycles, including performance troubleshooting and patching.

Act as on-call support for critical releases and infrastructure incidents.

Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth handovers, documentation, and service stability.

Monitor performance and availability using Dynatrace and ensure compliance with ITIL processes.

Your Expertise

Must-Have Skills:

Proven experience with WebSphere Application Server (WAS ND 8.5/9).

Strong knowledge of SSL/TLS certificate management.

Hands-on with Linux OS, networking (DNS, IP, DMZ), and load balancing.

Experience with Dynatrace for monitoring infrastructure and applications.

Familiarity with ITIL (incident, change, and problem management).

Good to Have:

Exposure to Java-based applications and DevOps practices.

Knowledge of CI/CD tools, Ansible Tower, or Kubernetes.

Agile working experience and automation mindset.
