Job Description

HR:

Interviewing & Shortlisting Candidates.

Sourcing Candidates from Portals, References, Headhunting & Social Media.

Coordination with Clients & Candidates.

Reports Preparation.

Corporate Communication:

Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media, Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding Managing the budget for advertising and promotion.

Training & Development:

1. Attend Trainings, learn and Facilitate training related to Orientations, tools and processes, industry related knowledge etc
2. Collaborate with management to determine training needs and schedule training sessions3. Design, Plan & Deliver trainings to address skill-gaps4. Plan and manage the training curriculum and calendar for both Gurgaon and Pune locations5. Execute Trainings as per the plan6. Coordinate with the LMS admin to deploy the required courses to relevant audience7. Conduct informative training sessions, promote company efficiency and improve skills of all personnel

Finance GST:

You will be handling finance related functions, making MIS reports, finalization of accounts, GST and banking work, dealing with vendors, salary preparation, co-ordination with external CAs, handling suppliers etc.

Finance Mutual Fund:

Responsible for growing net assets of mutual funds.

Responsible for increasing systematic investment plan (SIP) clients as well as SIP book.

Graduate in any stream with basic knowledge of financial markets.

NISM certified or working towards achieving it.

Prior work experience of mutual funds through working for a broking, asset management or bank is desirable

Business Development:

1. Identify the new potential to market, customers.

2. Smart, Market analytical & ready to push and crunch numbers

3. Hardworking, Dedicated and Punctual, Ability to generate business individually.

4. Will to travel intensively

5. Should have good negotiation skills

6. Ability to produce quality results in time.

7. Excellent in improving the existing relation of organization and client

8. Excellent communication skills
