· Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient workflow · Schedule and assign tasks to warehouse executives · Lead, train, and manage a team of warehouse staff · Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment · Coordinate closely with the Quality Control (QC) team to manage the inbound and outbound flow of AV equipment, ensuring all equipment is tested, cleaned, and ready for deployment at any given time. · Plan and prioritize schedules based on upcoming bookings and project deadlines · Work closely with the operations teams to meet event deadlines · Proactively flag shortages, damaged items, or shortfall of equipment to avoid delays in equipment dispatch · Ensure all dispatch documents (e-way bills, delivery challans, etc.) are accurate, compliant, and aligned with transport and GST regulations · Ensure inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock checks · Monitor consumables (batteries, gaffer tape, etc.) and order replenishments · Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with logistics teams
