• Minimum qualification: Commercial/Supply Chain knowledge is must; Basic Refractory and Steel industry knowledge would be an added advantage
• 6-7 years of warehouse management experience in an industrial enterprise is must
• Basic knowledge of refractory materials and competitors.
• Commercial understanding
• Profound knowledge of products and warehouse facilities.
• Must have expertise in SAP/SD/MM and MS-Office
• Fluency in writing and speaking English; every additional language will be considered an asset.
• Strategic Thinking and Action, Market and customer orientation, Result orientation, Innovation and Change, Leadership, Communication and Co-operation, Diversity
• Ability to identify and report areas of possible conflicts between RHIM strategy and market trends.
• At the same time actively propose strategies for compensation of those.

About the job

• Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Logistics to maximize network flow.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and training in process and procedures within the replenishment and inventory optimization function and partners.
• Cross functionally to identify and drive tool enhancements and cross functional process improvements when appropriate.
• Leadership experience within the Supply Chain Replenishment/Optimization function.
• Expert level knowledge of Supply Chain principles, replenishment forecasting methodology and working capital management.
• Strong organizational, time management and problem solving skills with great attention to detail.
• Ability to lead/work effectively and efficiently to meet tight timelines within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Strong self-starter with initiative and customer centric approach. Excels at relationship management and can align/collaborate cross-functionally.
• Must provide and implement innovative solutions to unique situations and lead continuous improvement.
• Must be able to recognize potential conflict and escalate when necessary.
• Presentation Skills- ability to give professional and concise presentations at internal and external meetings.
