Roles and Responsibilities

Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market demands to improve recruitment strategies.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications, and placements.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-2 years of experience in IT staffing or technical recruitment (freshers can apply).
Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients and candidates alike.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Naukri.com or similar platforms.
Ability to work independently from home office environment; flexible schedule required.
