We're Hiring! Walk-In interview || Immediate Joiner preferred HR Recruiter @ Tech Mahindra BPS (Noida) Are you passionate about finding the right talent and building great teams? Join Tech Mahindra BPS as an HR Recruiter and kickstart or elevate your career in Human Resources! Location: A8, First floor, Knowledge Boulevard, Tech Mahindra, Sector 62 Noida, Uttar Pradesh Experience: Min 1 year experience required. Salary: 3-4 LPA( Depending on interview) Roles and Responsibilities Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases. Conduct initial screenings to filter out unsuitable candidates based on requirements. Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and shortlisted candidates. Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires. Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and applicants throughout the recruitment cycle. Desired Candidate Profile 1-3 years of experience in full-time recruitment or related field. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies. Excellent communication skills for effective interview scheduling and candidate management. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
