Handle migration projects from legacy systems to new platforms. Track progress, dependencies, and manage cross-functional deliverables. Standardization Initiatives: Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for pre-sales and onboarding. Drive documentation standardization across pre-sales, product, and support artifacts. Market & Competitor Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends and competitor offerings. Capture insights to support new feature evaluations and product roadmap discussions. High-Value Customer Engagement: Assist in onboarding and managing high-value enterprise customers. Ensure technical alignment, compliance, and continuity in engagement. BRD (Business Requirement Document) Preparation: Draft detailed BRDs for new feature requests and integrations. Coordinate with stakeholders for validation and approval of BRDs
