Job Description

We are seeking a highly strategic and results-oriented VP/GM/Sr. Manager of Sales & Marketing to lead and drive the overall sales and marketing strategy for our real estate ventures. This pivotal role encompasses the full spectrum of sales, marketing communications, market research, customer retention, and new project development. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in building high-performance teams, exceptional commercial acumen, and the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:

    Formulate and drive the overall sales and marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market opportunities.
  • Comprehensive Sales & Marketing Oversight:

    Take full responsibility for Sales, Marketing communications (including advertising and promotions), pricing strategies, market research initiatives, customer retention & support programs, and the successful launch of new project developments.
  • Best Practices & Go-to-Market Strategies:

    Introduce and implement industry best practices and innovative go-to-market strategies to enhance market penetration and competitive advantage.
  • Market Analysis & Positioning:

    Lead efforts in market segmentation, project positioning, and targeted marketing to maximize reach and impact.
  • Incentive Program Development:

    Conceptualize, implement, and monitor effective schemes to incentivize Channel Partners & Sales Personnel, driving performance and loyalty.
  • Relationship Management:

    Cultivate long-term relationships with customers and investors, and skillfully manage a large network of brokers to expand market reach.
  • Operational & Manpower Planning:

    Define comprehensive plans, policies, and strategies for greater operational effectiveness and optimal manpower deployment within the sales and marketing functions.
  • Team Leadership & Target Achievement:

    Lead sales, marketing, and CRM teams towards the successful achievement of ambitious sales and collection targets.
  • Team Development & Motivation:

    Build a dynamic and empowering environment that promotes continuous development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst all team members.
