VP-Treasury IRRBB - Interest Rate Risk

Currently, we are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Vice President - Treasury IRRBB Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book within the Finance business. As the jobholder, you will play a crucial role in adhering to internal controls, ensuring compliance with relevant procedures, maintaining records, and implementing internal and external audit points. Compliance with the Group compliance policy is essential, encompassing all relevant financial services laws, rules, and codes. You will be responsible for containing compliance risk in collaboration with compliance officers and fostering a compliance culture within the organization. Your responsibilities will also include supporting the Global and Regional IRRBB team based in London and engaging with key stakeholders such as Markets Treasury and Global/site ALCM teams. Strong analytical skills and experience in managing large volumes of data are required, along with a post-graduate degree or qualification like CA, MBA, or engineering with a focus on risk or financial reporting. Knowledge of technical tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, and experience in automation of MIS reporting are crucial for this role. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to identify and mitigate risks, and experience in delivering to internal stakeholders are key attributes we are looking for. A background in banking or treasury products and proven experience in supporting project delivery utilizing relevant tools and techniques will be beneficial.
