Visual Graphic Designer

Techoftheday is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and creative Visual Graphic Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing a wide range of visual assets that elevate our brand identity and support various marketing efforts. You'll collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to translate ideas into impactful, visually compelling designs.

Responsibilities:

• Design engaging social media graphics for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and more
• Develop brand assets including logos, color palettes, and typography systems
• Create packaging designs that align with brand aesthetics while ensuring functional appeal
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand project objectives and deliver accordingly
• Stay up-to-date with current design trends and industry best practices
• Utilize tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to produce high-quality visuals
• Present design concepts and revisions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback as needed
• Ensure all final assets comply with brand guidelines and meet technical specifications

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience as a Visual Graphic Designer or in a similar role
• A strong portfolio showcasing skills in branding, packaging, and social media design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with AI-based design tools and generative AI workflows
• Solid understanding of design principles such as layout, typography, and color theory
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Creative thinking with effective problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure

Bonus Points:

• Experience in motion graphics or animation
• Understanding of social media marketing best practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
