1. Summary of the role In this role, youll help support an effort to revamp the provider facing experience (CareHub) by designing, concepting, and prototyping high-quality product experiences. 2. Description of an ideal candidate The ideal candidate has an extensive background as a product designer, helping to shape, craft and bring to life products and large initiatives in their previous roles. They are a skilled communicator, collaborator and have a high bar for consumer grade design quality. They can dig into data insights, but also be able to use their intuition to deliver solutions in high ambiguity situations. They can formulate a well crafted, thought out approach and create a design that demonstrates strong visual and interaction design skills. 3.
