Job Summary:

We are hiring a Visa Executive to manage visa documentation, regulatory procedures, and corporate legal compliance at our Barasat office. This role supports our operations in travel, forex, and healthcare, helping ensure clients and teams adhere to evolving Indian and international immigration rules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and interpret Indian immigration laws, visa eligibility criteria, and embassy policy updates
• Assist clients with visa documentation, application filing, and liaison with embassies and consulates
• Ensure legal compliance for tourist, business, student, and work visa categories
• Maintain well-documented and audit-ready records for clients and internal operations
• Advise internal teams and customers on policy changes, eligibility risks, and documentation standards
• Collaborate with legal and travel partners to resolve compliance concerns efficiently

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years experience in visa consultancy, immigration services, or legal compliance
• Knowledge of visa laws and embassy procedures, especially in the Kolkata/Barasat region
• Strong communication and document verification skills
• Attention to detail and experience in client-facing advisory roles
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali is preferred
