As a Visa Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our team. This multifaceted role requires a candidate who can efficiently manage visa applications while ensuring meticulous financial record-keeping for the region.
Responsibilities:
Visa Typing:
- Prepare and type various types of visa applications for submission.- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all visa-related documents.- Stay informed about the latest visa policies and procedures for the Dubai region.- Liaise with clients to collect necessary documentation and information.
Accounts Maintenance:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.- Process invoices, receipts, and other financial transactions.- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.- Assist in budgeting and financial reporting for the region.
Communication and Coordination:
- Collaborate with government agencies and embassies for visa-related matters.- Provide clear and timely updates to clients regarding the status of their visa applications.- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
Familiarity with Dubai's visa regulations and procedures.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
