What You’ll Do

• Plan, shoot, and edit

  professional real estate videos

  (walkthroughs, aerial shots, testimonials, behind-the-scenes, project updates)
• Create engaging

  Instagram Reels, YouTube videos

  , and

  short-form content

  for social media
• Use gimbals, drones, and professional cameras to shoot indoor/outdoor property visuals
• Work closely with the marketing team to deliver videos that match the brand’s style and objectives
• Edit videos with

  transitions, music, effects, captions

  , and sound design to elevate quality
• Stay updated with real estate video trends and storytelling formats
  

Skills Required

• Strong shooting and editing skills (DSLRs, drones, gimbals, lighting)
• Proficiency in tools like

  Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or CapCut

• Ability to film both interior and exterior property videos with cinematic quality

• Eye for design, angles, and luxury aesthetics

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment

• Bonus: Knowledge of Vastu, architecture, or interior visuals

Preferred If You Have

• Your own equipment (camera, drone, stabilizers)
• Prior experience in real estate or luxury content creation
• A strong reel or portfolio to showcase your best work
