About Torchlight Torchlight is a fast-growing, modern brand working at the intersection of storytelling and consumer experience. We’re focused on creating scroll-stopping, brand-building content across digital platforms — and now, we’re looking for a Videographer who can help bring our stories to life on camera. Role Overview We’re looking for a creative and hands-on Videographer to conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging video content across platforms — from product reels to behind-the-scenes content to YouTube stories. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who can think visually, shoot fast, and edit faster. Key Responsibilities · Shoot high-quality video content for product promos, reels, interviews, and BTS · Work with the marketing team to brainstorm and storyboard ideas · Hands on with video editing · Maintain consistency in visual storytelling across all content · Manage video equipment and ensure smooth shoot execution · Stay up-to-date with social trends, audio, and reel formats Requirements · 1–2 years of relevant videography and editing experience · Strong understanding of lighting, framing, and camera techniques · Proficiency in editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects is a plus) · Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setup · Portfolio/showreel is a must Why Torchlight High ownership, high learning environment Creative freedom and ownership of video content Collaborative and young creative team On-ground shoot experience for real-time storytelling Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Experience: video: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
