Job Summary:

Techadlien Pvt. Ltd. a leading digital marketing agency, is seeking a skilled and experienced On-Site Content Creator with expertise in video shooting, direction, and real-time editing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for independently handling full video shoots and delivering edited short-form content (primarily reels and videos) on the spot during live events, client shoots, and brand activations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content (Reels, Shorts) for various clients and events.
• Handle all aspects of content creation including camera operation, lighting decisions, direction, and sound.
• Edit and deliver 3–6 polished reels/videos per shoot in real time or within a short turnaround window.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand the content brief and execute accordingly.
• Stay up to date with current trends in social media video formats, transitions, music, and pacing.
• Maintain brand guidelines and visual storytelling standards for every project.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• 2+ years of experience in videography, content creation, or social media editing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social-first videos, event shoots, and creative editing styles.
• Proficient with one or more of the following tools:
• CapCut Pro, VN, LumaFusion, Adobe Premiere Rush, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve
• Hands-on experience with iPhone 13 Pro or higher, or DSLR/Mirrorless cameras.

• Excellent understanding of framing, lighting, transitions, and mobile-first content delivery.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in shooting beauty, fashion, commercial or lifestyle content.
• Knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts formatting & best practices.
• Ability to conceptualise shot lists and creative direction before and during shoots.
