Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Video Editing: Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality videos while maintaining visual consistency and coherence. Podcast Editing: Edit audio files for podcasts, including noise reduction, sound balancing, and adding intros/outros. Post-Production: Add effects, transitions, titles, and sound effects to enhance video and podcast output. Audio Enhancement: Improve audio quality, sync audio with video, and incorporate background music and voiceovers. Motion Graphics: Create and integrate basic motion graphics and animations as needed. Storytelling: Ensure a cohesive narrative flow in both video and audio formats. Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and content teams to understand project requirements and expectations. Quality Control: Review final outputs to ensure they meet high-quality standards. File Management: Organize and maintain project files efficiently. Content Adaptation: Edit videos and podcasts for multiple platforms (social media, YouTube, Spotify, etc.). Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest editing techniques, podcast trends, and industry best practices. Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 3 years in professional video and podcast editing. Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Audition, and DaVinci Resolve. Creativity: Strong sense of storytelling and visual aesthetics. Audio Mastery: Expertise in audio balancing, noise reduction, and sound enhancement. Communication: Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects. Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both video and podcast editing.
