Video Editor & Cinematographer

We’re looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Cinematographer who can bring stories to life through powerful visuals. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating scroll-stopping Instagram reels, branded video content, and cinematic footage. From concept to final cut, you’ll handle the full video production cycle — shooting, editing, and color grading with precision and flair. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute professional video shoots for reels, ads, interviews, and short-form content. Operate DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, gimbals, lighting, and audio equipment. Edit engaging and polished videos (primarily reels) using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Perform color correction and cinematic color grading to enhance visual storytelling. Understand trends, transitions, and pacing that work best on Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms. Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to brainstorm fresh, creative ideas. Maintain an organized archive of footage and project files. Continuously bring new creative ideas and visual techniques to the table. Requirements: Proven experience in videography and editing (showreel/portfolio required). Strong knowledge of camera handling, lighting setups, and framing. Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, FCP, DaVinci, After Effects is a bonus). Excellent color grading skills. A solid understanding of Instagram Reels aesthetics and fast-paced storytelling. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. A keen eye for detail and strong creative instincts. Nice to Have: Basic motion graphics or animation skills. Photography experience. Familiarity with sound design and audio mixing. Why Join Us?
