Ensuring that Parent-Teacher Association [PTA] registers, minutes of the meetings, and recordings shall be maintained including video recording. Students should not be taken for picnic without Insurance, A parent, A teacher, Emergency kit, consent of parents, and permission of the trustees. Clearance from management and Affidavit from parents that the school will not be held responsible for children. This position has no authority to decide what fees to charge or what instalments to hive and it is solely the Trusts responsibility.
