Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and systems to support business objectives Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Lead financial reporting and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights to senior leadership Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure financial stability Supervise and mentor finance and accounting teams across business units Manage investor relations, audits, taxation, and financial risk management Ensure compliance with legal, statutory, and internal financial policies and procedures Evaluate investment opportunities, capital allocation, and cost efficiency Collaborate with other departments for cross-functional strategic planning Support M&A activities, due diligence, and integration when required Key Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and financial strategy skills In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws Financial modeling and forecasting expertise Budgeting, auditing, and financial reporting proficiency Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities Risk assessment and mitigation planning ERP and financial software proficiency (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally) Stakeholder management and investor communication Team development and performance management Attention to detail and high integrity
