Job Description

Responsibilities

Provide advanced vibration analysis remotely using internal diagnostic software
Report vibration analysis findings and recommendations to customers in a timely manner
Offer troubleshooting support for equipment-related issues
Evaluate vibration spectrum and time waveform to solve machine problems
Collaborate with other technical resources to find optimal solutions
Maintain and update vibration databases
Support plant personnel in developing equipment maintenance strategies related to vibration monitoring
Provide remote call-out coverage when required
Assist with root cause failure analysis of rotating equipment and suggest preventive solutions
Mentor and guide less experienced vibration technicians

Qualifications Required

High School Diploma / Degree or equivalent
4+ years of experience in vibration analysis and solving machine issues
ISO Category II / III Certification from accredited providers (e.g., Vibration Institute, Mobius)
Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with rotating equipment
Willingness to work overtime, including weekends and holidays
Willingness to travel as required
