As a Production Technician/Production Operator, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all shift operations are conducted in compliance with HSE regulations and standards, contributing to the achievement of the Goal Zero target. It is essential to maintain the operation of the Color line with minimal deviations and consistent product quality. Your role will involve producing high-quality, defect-free color products during each shift and providing effective support to the overall production process. You will be expected to adhere to HSE regulations during daily shift operations to support the Goal Zero target. It is crucial to follow and maintain the permit systems implemented at the site. Production activities should be performed according to Production Planning and Delivery Schedule (PPDS) to achieve on-time delivery of finished goods. Following and maintaining line processing conditions with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) is essential to produce defect-free products. Role & responsibilities : To be responsible for managing technical relations with Customers OEMs, End Users, Channel Partners Contribute to opportunity generation, development, and implementation of customized product solutions To perform Application Reviews on machines & equipment Work on customer key pain areas and develop solutions that can improve performance and result in business Obtain customers product approvals in line with proposals, drawings, sample submitted and completed sample tests Monitor customer approval tests conducted on samples at customers premises/installations Maintain close relationships with customers engineering /technical department To share technical requirements and common trend in the market to product development to steer new designs Monitor competitor activities in respect of products and technical development To attend to field service technical complaints To perform root cause analysis of product related problems & resolve complaints conclusively at customers To develop and execute external technical trainings Desired profile: An experienced Hydraulic Application Engineer with 3 to 5 years experience in providing technical support (product, solution, solve customer problems) to mobile hydraulics, industrial, off highway customers OEMs, End Users, Channel Partners Should be able to engage technically and maintain close relationships with customers engineering /technical department

Role & responsibilities Design mechanical components using 3D CAD (Autodesk Inventor). Develop detailed 2D drawings with correct tolerances and GD&T. Prepare complete Bill of Materials (BOMs) and product documentation. Participate in and sometimes lead design reviews and cross-functional meetings. Interface with CAE teams for simulation and testing inputs and improvements. Work with sourcing to support global supplier selection and manufacturability analysis. Analyse design performance, durability, and manufacturability. Perform design calculations and assist in simulations to validate designs. Support prototyping and validation stages; review test results and modify designs accordingly. Ensure all designs comply with CE, ATEX, 3A, EHEDG, and FDA standards. Integrate documentation into PDM/ERP platforms like Vault and SAP. Support creation of multilingual technical manuals and certifications. Assist in training and guiding junior engineers. Review and approve their models, drawings, and documentation Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Hands-on experience in rotating machinery or fluid dynamics preferred. Strong CAD skills; knowledge of GD&T and DFM principles. Familiarity with global engineering standards and regulatory documentation. Effective team player with strong communication skills and analytical thinking.
