UX/UI Designer

We are looking for a user-experience (UX) designer who can understand our business requirements and be responsible for conducting user research, interviews, and surveys. Your role will involve translating these insights into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. As a UX designer, you will play a key part in designing the overall functionality of websites/apps, ensuring a great user experience through iterative improvements based on user testing feedback. Your responsibilities will include translating concepts into intuitive user experiences through wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. You will collaborate with clients to conceptualize and test digital product experiences, design wireframes and user stories for various devices and interfaces, identify design problems, and develop elegant solutions. Additionally, you will be expected to make strategic design decisions related to core features, adopt a user-centered design approach, and actively engage in testing and iterating designs. To be successful in this role, you must hold a Diploma in UX/UI and have at least 1-3 months of internship experience in UX/UI design. Proficiency in standard UX software such as Adobe XD, Figma, InVision Studio, and Sketch is essential. You should be able to work closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver complete user experiences that align with their vision. A deep understanding of UX design best practices, mobile-first and responsive design, user-centered design principles, user research methodologies, A/B testing, and rapid prototyping is crucial. Additionally, you should possess strong communication skills to effectively convey design processes, ideas, and solutions to both internal teams and clients.
